Mary Grayson Caradine, Associate Real Estate Broker

A native Memphian, Mary Grayson grew up watching her mother, Robin Fauser, sell real estate. Continuing the family legacy, Mary Grayson works in tandem with Robin to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Mid-South. Her career in real estate is off to a great start having achieved status as a first-year member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Multi-Million Dollar Club. She was also recognized as a top producer by Memphis Real Producers in 2023.

A graduate of the University of Memphis, Mary Grayson earned her B.B.A in Finance in the spring of 2022. She is a lifelong equestrian, competes nationally, and currently serves as treasurer of the board of the West Tennessee Hunter Jumper Association. She also has a Labrador retriever named Molly.

She looks forward to opening doors for buyers and sellers as an Affiliate Broker at Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury.
